Jacksonville’s home navy blue cap was voted into the Final Four of Baseball America’s 2017 Logomania Contest presented by New Era. Semifinal voting goes from June 19 and ends Friday, June 23 at 11:59 p.m. eastern time. The Jumbo Shrimp face off against the Vermont Lake Monsters. Vermont is the Short-Season A affiliate of the Oakland Athletics, and they play in the New York-Penn League. The Lake Monsters, like Jacksonville, was once known as the Expos from 1994 to 2005. Jacksonville was the Expos from 1985 to 1990.

The New Orleans Baby Cakes – the Triple-A affiliate of the Miami Marlins – like the Jumbo Shrimp advanced out of Pool G and into the semifinals. The Baby Cakes, play in the Pacific Coast League, were known as the Zephyrs before a name and logo change this past November. New Orleans sees the Norfolk Tides in the semifinals. Norfolk has been a Triple-A farm team, in the International League, of the Baltimore Orioles since 2007.
