Jax Cannons Weekly Report #59 – Tuba Benson & Brandon Perales

The Cannons are coming off a restful bye week with a difficult matchup in North Carolina against the 10-1 Raleigh Flyers this Saturday.  Jacksonville (7-3) has faced the Flyers twice in its last four games, both losses (21-20 and 27-26).  It will be the fourth and final time these two AUDL division rivals face off in the regular season.

The Jax Cannons have three players with 30-plus goals and Cole Sullivan owns 42 assists and his 36 hockey assists lead the league.  Jeremy Langdon is the AUDL’s goals leader with 43 through Week 11.  Saturday in Raleigh will be like an All-Star game, arguably a top-five matchup and potential future playoff battle.  Can the Cannons knock off a second, different No. 1 ranked AUDL team this season?  #BOOM2017
